Winona State Forest

On Weds the 5th of August we hit the road to Winona State Forest. They had 3 campsites listed we found only one with a marker. Lucky for us it was a nice somewhat secluded campsite just off the road nestled in the trees. We spent 3 days and two nights here and really enjoyed it. Lots and lots of places to walk the dogs and just relax. We saw a few four wheelers out enjoying the trails as well. The dogs really had a great time, we have never seen them so tired. Forest did 352 minutes of activity, The Whistle is great for keeping track of his activity. We are slowly working out the kinks of hitting the road with 5 Dog’s in a 24 foot RV.

Willow Hits the Open Road

We woke up and choose to head out to Greenwood Creek State Forest and test run the RV with the 5 dogs. Overall it was a success and we learned what kinks need tweaking. We had fun and it wasn’t a lot of stress. A beautiful place to visit even for a day trip.
